The Smith Center has a full schedule of family-friendly shows. Many of which Macaroni Kid recommends. Our latest recommendation is the upcoming performance of Me...Jane: The Dreams & Adventures of Young Jane Goodall. This performance is adapted by Andy Mitton, Patrick McDonnell and Aaron Posner, based on the book Me...Jane by Patrick McDonnell.

Kids will be inspired by the thrilling childhood adventures of Jane Goodall. This performance, based on the popular children’s book by New York Times bestselling novelist, will keep kids entertained with the lively animal puppets and ear-tickling original music. All are skillfully choreographed to bring the childhood experiences to life, encouraging kids to follow their dreams.

According to The Smith Center’s website, D.C. Metro Theater Arts said this show was “Fantastically entertaining.”

Me...Jane is scheduled for Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at The Smith Center. Ticket prices vary and range between $14.95 to $24.95. The show is recommended for children ages 6 years and older. Click here for more information about the show and to get your tickets today.
