Body & Brain is hosting and supporting Earth Day events across the country to honor our connection with the Earth and promote a healthy, peaceful, and sustainable lifestyle.
Join us for a few hours of mindful movement, meditation, and action for the Earth. We'll be gathering a like-minded community of people who are interested in activities that are good for our minds and bodies as well as the natural environment.
What You’ll Experience
Demonstration: Mindful movement practices such as yoga and tai chi will help you feel strong and relaxed in your body.
Connection: Guided meditation can help you cut through the business of daily life and connect with yourself, nature, and others.
Action: Take action for your local community and the Earth through park cleanups, plogging, and other environmental activities.
Unity: Strengthen the Earth Citizens' awareness and raise collective consciousness by working with your local community.
